Arshad Khan

Montreal, Canada

Life is too short to break people in... however that doesn't stop me from trying at least once!

Pakistani-Canadian filmmaker, film educator and film festival programmar Arshad Khan explores the often under-represented elements of culture in Canadian and South Asian cinema. He does not shy away from subjects of immigration, terrorism, the marginalization of South Asian and Muslim men and the LGBT community. Khan is the film festival director for the Mosaic Film Festival as well as a programmer for Cinema Politica. He is currently developing fiction and documentary features.
