I'm an artist dedicated to making a change in the world; a documentary filmmaker, performing musician, published poet and teacher. My work with the Delaware-based nonprofit Hearts and Minds Film Initiative, Common Ground on the Hill and its Veterans Initiative (housed at McDaniel College in Maryland), and my own independent production company (DanCollinsMedia, LLC) is geared toward creating critical dialogue and civic engagment through the art of digital storytelling.
