I received my degree of electrical engineering in telecommunications at the Budapest University of Technology in 1967, to which a EURO engineer qualification was later added in 1997. I have an expert-designer qualification in ten fields of telecommunications, computing and safety engineering since 1976, complemented by a legal expert qualification in 1998. In my 40 years of different forms of employment and legal status, I have worked as an employee, entrepreneur, general manager and expert.
