Alicia Slimmer chronicled her fundraising challenges for Creedmoria, last year in The Wall Street Journal. During that time, Creedmoria was accepted into IFP’s Fiscal Sponsorship program. In the same year, she directed Mapping the Future, at The Globe Theater in NYC. Her short film, My First Car, competed at the Dances With Films Festival in LA and won Best Comedy at The 24th Annual New School Invitational Film Show. She fulfilled her dream by shooting Creedmoria in the fall of last year.
