I'm a New York born, Detroit raised documentary filmmaker and educator living in the Bronx. I've taught Spanish, History, and Video Production in NYC public schools. I'm now totally enjoying teaching Documentary Video Production at Hunter College. I've made several films about Cuba and Cuban culture, which I have a strong attachment to. One of the things I like most about working on Detroit 48202 is going back to Detroit. Each time I go, I feel like I'm going home.
