Who is this 'Graeme' fellow?

I'm a Scottish / Canadian serial entrepreneur living in Hokkaido, Japan. I came here for the ski-ing and stayed (it is that good). I've started and run language schools, real-estate offices and built houses. I've designed packages for unique frozen food products and marketed a unique freezing technology used for medical cryo-preservation. My passion has always been design and manufacturing. It is simply the most gratifying thing on the world. Now that I am a Father, the second most gratifying.
