Michael Christian

Michael Christian is a San Francisco Bay area artist who builds large, interactive, and playful sculptures.

Some of Christian's sculptures have permanent homes here or abroad, and others travel extensively, moving from place to place. His work has found a home for nearly 17 years in the Black Rock Desert for the Burning Man event. You'll find more of his sculptures in city centers, music festivals, and private collections across the globe. All of Christian's work, though, has a common origin, coming from the inspiration of daily drawings and sketches.
