Human for a while, practicing ways of becoming more whole, living with integrity while working towards freedom from internal prisons. I am a Chinese medicine doctor specializing in Esoteric Acupuncture, Tai Chi and Sound Therapy. Ways of being I aim to embody are Love, Acceptance, Patience, Expression, Compassion, Connection and Humility. Currently I am working with my wife Tala and a team of talented local Colombians to build a Wellness & Permaculture Retreat called Finca La Frecuencia.
