I'm a film-maker, artist, redhead

I was born and raised in Largs, on the Ayrshire coast in Scotland, where most of 'The Closer We Get' is shot. I now live in the Lake District, in rural North West England, though I work all over the place! The Closer We Get is my directorial debut. I have made three feature docs and many arts projects with Nina Pope (see our work on www.somewhere.org.uk) with whom I run Somewhere, our company. When occasionally I'm not working, I like ginger cats, food, travel, vintage stuff and gardening.
