<p>Tom is an economic development consultant with expertise in using the private sector to drive social change. He is currently enrolled in a Masters in Public Administration at the Harvard Kennedy School. Prior to Harvard, he was responsible for designing the strategy for a multi-million dollar Social Investment Strategy for BG Group, the FTSE-10 gas major.&nbsp; Before BG he worked for Monitor Inclusive Markets, advising governments, foundations, and investors on market based solutions to social challenges in India, Tanzania, Vietnam, and Kenya. He is also the founder of a pioneering social enterprise, Ethical Goods, which designs consumer products that support charities using a &lsquo;fixed donation &ndash; measurable impact&rsquo; model.&nbsp;</p>
