My name is Jesse Sahlin. I'm a craft beer lover and an ice cream-making maniac! My dream is to start The Craft Creamery, a contract creamery that can turn any beer flavor into an amazing tasting ice cream. I can also make lots of non-alcoholic flavors like: Maple Ice Cream with Candied Bacon, Goat Cheese with Raw Clover Honey and Figs, Compressed Cantaloupe, Coffee and Donuts.
