<p>I am a first generation Pakistani - American who was born and raised in Northern California. As an undergraduate I attended the&nbsp;University of California, Berkeley and majored in Political Science and History. After completing undergrad I worked for Google in Mountain View, California.</p> <p>Currently I am a second year Masters in Public Policy candidate at University of California, Berkeley's Goldman School of Public Policy. I spent the summer between my first and seocnd year working for UNICEF in Kolkata, India.</p> <p>My personal and professional interest is in the field of international development, specifically issues pertaining to women and young girls in South Asia. I'm also interested in public-private partnernships, social impact investing, and the use of technology/ mobile solutions for solving development challenges.&nbsp;</p>
