Marchan Medical and PAT was created as a collaboration of Mark Chandler, MD and Carl Marino, PT. Both have been developing uses for alternative electrical stimulation devices for over 25 years, culminating in the creation of PAT. Their work together began with the study of healing wounds with microcurrent when they developed a wound healing device.
