I run a number of recurring gatherings in the Portland area, like HOWL CON, the werewolf horror/fantasy convention; the Steampunk Film Festival; and GEAR Con, Portland's steampunk convention. I enjoy throwing interesting one-off events when I can, and I help with other cons & festivals in roles from operations manager and programming director to stage tech and usher. I "work" in the prosumer infotainment wing of the art & culture scene, and I'm crazy in love with my "job".
