I've been around Black Scat Books since 2012, acting as an informal promoter and cheerleader for the "Beuyscouts of Amerika," as well as an early fan of "Le Chat Noir," Norman Conquest's other visionary blog. I volunteered (in addition to full time work and graduate school) as I was struck by the quality as well as sheer volume of work he produced and continues to produce alone! I'm also an author with two books which never would have been published without this small but mighty press.
