Emre Akay is an award-winning film director from Turkey. He has directed fiction features, documentaries, shorts, music videos and commercials. His films include "A Film by Tugra Kaftancioglu", "Proxemique", "A Small Truth" and "Red Alert". His films have been screened at more than 40 international festivals. He is 39 years old and lives in Istanbul.
