Birgit Gernböck worked on more than 30 movies for German broadcasters, as well as on several long-form documentaries. She has produced numerous short films, such as Sundae directed by Sonya Goddy, which premiered in the New York Film Festival 2015. Gernböck sees herself as an International producer, crossing boarders and working side by side with the director, writer and all creative departments involved to get the film made, and once completed, to be as involved as in festivals and distribution
