<p>Cassandra’s background in the entertainment industry encompasses film, television and new media platforms. She has recently joined Edgeworx, Inc., the award winning full service production and post production company, as Executive Producer. Previous roles have included Head of Production and Development for an LA based independent film company as well as producing the 2007 <span class="caps">IFP</span> Filmmaker Conference. Her extensive background as a Unit Production Manager has led her to work with such clients as <span class="caps">HBO</span>, <span class="caps">ABC</span>, <span class="caps">CBS</span>, <span class="caps">FOX</span>, Viacom, The CW, <span class="caps">AOL</span> Time Warner and Sony, to name a few. She also has a significant background in public relations in the fashion industry and has worked for both Calvin Klein and Giorgio Armani. Cassandra has been passionately involved with the V-Day movement since 2001 and also sits on the Leadership Council for the historical Women’s Project, the 30 year-old Manhattan theater company that cultivates female playwrights and directors.</p> <p>Cassandra was given Martha’s book, Fletcher Street, as a housewarming gift and instantly knew that she wanted to seek out Martha and the beautiful story within her photographs.</p>
