Mike graduated from the directing program of the American Film Institute Conservatory where he received the Bridges/Larsons Directing Award for his thesis film FLOTSAM. His feature film SAVAGE YOUTH (in development) was one of twelve international projects selected for the Venice Film Festival's 2015/16 Biennale College Cinema.
