Making pottery is just in me. The creative side of me has been a part of my life since I can remember.

I have been making pottery for at least 10 years now, if you count the time spent learning, then its more like 20 or so. When I was 11 years old my dad took me to a craft show and I got to touch clay for the first time. I was hooked! In high school I started taking pottery classes, because I had an awesome art teacher, and it just spiraled out from there. Now I live and work in Asheville NC, my business is Plays in Mud Pottery and I am working hard to become a nationally known ceramic artist.
