Desperately seeking a double hip replacement

<p>Hi!</p> <p>I am a 41 year old femaile, living in the Bay Area and am in dire need of a double hip replacement. I will have to go to Costa Rica to get this done, as this is one of the cheapest but best options for me. I can't get insurance here in the States so I am having to use what's left of my retirement account and need extra funds for flying down 2 friends that have offered to look after me in Costa Rica for a month while I get well enough to fly back to Oakland. I also need money for this time that I have not able to work (I was a Massage Therapist and Reiki practitioner.) since July 2012 and probably won't be able to work again until about 3 or 4 months after the surgery which I am hoping to have done sometime in the next month.</p> <p><br />I used to love to work, heal others, dance, go to Burning Man, live life to the fullest. I am now only able to walk about 1/2 a block before being in excriating pain. I live on a steady diet to Morphine and Dilaudid just to manage the pain, but even that has stopped working to a degree where I still feel tremendous pain trying to do the simplest things. </p> <p><br />Please help me get my life back again. I want to dance and not just be an observer of life, I want to participate once again.</p>
