My first movie “camera” was made out of painted cardboard. Since then I have made over 100 actual docs, narrative shorts and experimental films. My work in history and culture has received many awards. Hand Game (2000), was funded by the National Endowment for the Arts. My feature personal documentary, Stuff (2011), won a special jury prize Florida Film Festival. In 2012, I received the Individual Artists Fellowship in Media Arts from the Regional Arts and Culture Council.
