<p>Born in a little river town in Ohio, went to college at the Conservatory of Music in Cincinnati, where he studied musical theater, nearly froze one winter in Chicago before moving to New York, finally landing in the borough of Brooklyn. Writer and director of two feature films. Produced playwright and occasional actor.</p> <p>“My mission is to make movies that tell the stories and reflect the lives of the people I grew up with, the people I learned from, and who have always supported my dreams and championed my work. My ultimate goal is to make a movie in almost every genre, set in the same small town, to show that even a place like Ironton, Ohio has a million great stories to tell. I may have moved to the city, but I still have the heart and the voice of a midwestern boy who watched ET every Friday for an entire summer.”</p>
