He began his career as a character layout<br /> artist on “The Ren and Stimpy Show.” Savino served as the supervising director, producer and writer for Cartoon Network’s popular series “Dexter’s Laboratory” and “Powerpuff Girls.” He has received two Emmy<br /> Award-nominations for “Outstanding Animated Program” for his work on the special, “Powerpuff Girls: ’Twas the Fight Before Christmas” and the television movie “Escape from Cluster Prime.”</p> <p>His other television credits include “Flintstones on the Rocks,” “Johnny Test,” “My Gym Partner’s a Monkey,” “Ni Hao, Kai-lan,” “Rocko’s Modern Life” as well as Disney Channel’s “Shorty McShort Shorts.”</p>
