Proud Mama!

<p>In addition to being a teacher and musician and married to a fellow teacher and musician, I am the mother of three incredibly smart and talented teenage girls. Our youngest daughter, Maddie, is a fourteen-year-old award-winning flute and piccolo player, with aspirations to become a professional flautist. My seventeen-year-old, Abbie, is the district youth leader for our church, which means that she represents youth groups across Northern California, Nevada, and Hawaii and organizes retreats and other youth group-related events. Our sixteen year-old daughter Sarah has excelled in ballet, and is currently practicing under a highly esteemed studio in Walnut Creek in an advanced dance program. I currently teach a fifth/sixth grade combo class at a charter school in Oakland, and will be teaching some music courses later this year at the school, as well. I have a Bachelor's in Music Performance from CSU East Bay.&nbsp; </p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
