Please Help Me Get To My Graduation!

<h2><em><strong>Hi there!</strong> </em></h2> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>A Little About Me</strong></h3> <p>My name is Ray. I'm a Criminal Justice major and a Psychology minor at California State University, Fullerton. I started at CSUF shortly after I turned seventeen years old. I was lucky enough to be accepted at not only a young age, but also with grants that covered my tuition and costs.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>My Current Situation</strong></h3> <p>Fast forward to four years later and I'm now a twenty-one year old fifth year student. I'm so close to completing my bachelor's degree that I can practically taste my graduation. I spend four full days a week attending classes and the remaining three days at my part-time job and my internship.</p> <p>I work at a wonderful part-time job with great co-workers, but my location has been assigning me only ten to fifteen hours a week. I take advantage of my time off by working at my unpaid internship. You see, I've spent the past eight months interning at the county juvenile hall and also a rehabilitive center for juvenile addicts. I hope that with my bachelor's degree I will be able to get a position with the county in order to work in rehabilitive services for juvenile offenders. I have a real passion for helping these kids while most that work in these programs have given up hope for them altogether. With how much I care about these kids I hope that maybe I'll be able to be the change in their lives or simply that reminder that there are other paths to their lives than the paths they've previously chosen.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>Why Do I Need Contributions?</strong></h3> <p>I'm starting this campaign to raise money to attend my university for my final year. The fall semester is starting within the next week and I just found out that I am no longer eligible for the grants I've been so lucky to have these past four years. I've been able to acquire enough financial aid this year to cover a major part of my tuition but not all of it. I'm suddenly facing the remainder of my tuition fees, all textbook costs, parking fees, and additional costs.</p> <p>My university costs are as follows:<br />- Remainder of a full years tuition = $1,676. <br />- Textbooks = approximately $800.<br />- Parking fees = $440. <br />- Additional costs for graduation, supplies, etc. = estimating to be about $400.</p> <p><em><strong>In all reality, the basic costs should add up to be about $3,316.</strong> (This is figure does not include the fee for using this website for organizing this for me. This cost about 10% of the total received contributions. With those additional costs the total comes out to be about $3,650.) </em>When I look at that figure I see a terrifying number that can take my whole world down. I've worked so hard to finish college and with my last remaining courses I'm finding that I'm facing these costs in addition to every day bills. However, I hope that if I can appeal to you that you would be able to help me earn my bachelor's degree.</p> <p>If I can find 912 wonderful people to donate just $4 towards my education then I can complete my degree. $6 a person, what is that? It's a Starbucks coffee or even a smoothie from Jamba Juice. Does it have to be $4 though? Not at all! I'd be happy to accept any contribution that you're willing to give.</p> <p>To everyone who took the time to read this and maybe even contribute, you have my sincerest gratitude. If you cannot contribute, I understand. We all have our financial burdens, but there is another way to contribute to my education.
