Winner of the International Federation of Journalists award for a feature in Germany Radio Culture (Deutschlandradio Kultur) "40 years war in Sudan" in 1995. Author of a documentation about the Genozide in the Nuba Mountains, Sudan in 1995.</p> <p>Owner of International Correspondents - Media Network (IC-MN), a partnership of freelance correspondents who specialize in international radio reporting. IC-MN has been providing radio productions for over 15 years for all formats on the German channel ARD, German Radio Culture (Deutschlandradio Kultur), German Radio (Deutschlandfunk), German Radio Knowledge (Deutschlandradio Wissen), Deutsche Welle, the Austrian Broadcasting Corporation ORF, the Swiss Radio DRS and the british BBC.<br /><br />IC-MN is led by Jutta Schwengsbier (CEO) and Mirko Schwanitz (Chief Editor).
