<p>Two years ago a friend and I started a rescue to help get retired breeding dogs out of puppy mills. I have not looked back since. There is something about picking up this scared stinking mess of a dog and watching it change in to a normal dog. I also have a soft spot for senior dogs that family dump in shelters. Once a dog is in the care of the rescue we try to do everything that dog needs to have a happy healthy life.</p>
