<p>First, Nu Sass aims to open doors for women in theater, providing opportunities for female actors, directors, playwrights, and backstage crew members.</p> <p>Second, Nu Sass seeks to explore how putting women actors into roles originally written for men can change the overall experience for the audience.</p> <p>Nu Sass is a theatre arts production company created by Aubri Lee O’Connor and Emily Todd. Nu Sass is located in the DC Metro Area and is founded to encourage women in all aspects of theatre, to provide greater opportunity for strong actresses to take on challenging rolls traditionally not offered to them, and to celebrate the joy and energy to be found in the creation of theatre on all levels.</p> <p> </p>
