<h3><span>Before Hot Straw, I spent much of my career in clinical research. After one too many frustrations with coffee spills, stained teeth, plasticizers melting into my coffee with current straws and seeing my research patients that have Parkinson’s disease struggle with drinking coffee, I decided to design and patent the Hot Straw. </span></h3> <h3><span>My detail oriented personality and love for helping people to cultivate healthy life styles by making small changes to our every day decisions is what drives my passion in leading the operations and business side of Hot Straw. I enjoys almost every outdoor activity that you can think of from skiing to rock climbing and hiking, which is what brought me to live in the beautiful state of Colorado.</span></h3>
