<p><span>Hi there, my name is Dotty Chard, but everyone calls me Ibu Dot. I am Indonesian but have spent half of my life in Newcastle (NSW), Australia raising my three wonderful children. </span></p> <p>I am an entrepreneur at heart and have set up several small and successful Indonesian cafes both in Australia and here in my homeland. My passion has always been entertaining and introducing the wonderful culinary delights from my home country to people from all over the world.</p> <p>Although I am originally from Java I now live in beautiful, tranquil Bali working on my next project - setting up the family-style B&amp;B, Villa Omahkoe.</p>
