Having famously talked her way into the Cannes Film Festival after hitchhiking from Paris, Winnifred returned to Toronto and studied film production at Ryerson University. Since winning the National Apprenticeship Award through the Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television, Winnifred has travelled the world, working as a script supervisor. She's a creative force making her big break into directing.
