Meghan McNamara

Meghan is co-founder and director of the Octavia Project.

Meghan is a teacher and organizer living in Brooklyn, NY. In addition to starting the Octavia Project Meghan currently teaches science to adults pursuing their high school equivalency diplomas in Bronx, NY and robotics to middle-school students in Brooklyn. Previously, Meghan was director of programs at Girls Write Now, a nationally-recognized writing and mentoring program for underserved NYC high school girls. In her spare time Meghan enjoys RPGing with friends and biking around the city.
