I am a documentary filmmaker, focused on "intelligent" films. As an expert researcher with an MLS from Indiana University, I take a research approach to film. Although I grew up in Sacramento, CA...attended John F. Kennedy High School...I didn't learn about La Sierra High's former PE program until 3 years ago at a breakfast with Executive Producer Ron Jones. My family and I now do the "12 Minute Warm-Up" daily. We love it! I have experienced a renewed vigor in life with this program.
