A bureaucrat by day, on nights, weekends, holidays, lunch hours, etc. I am Executive Producer of the EstroGenius Festival and Executive Director of Manhattan Theatre Source. Both are labors of love and responsibilities I "inherited" from the Source founders. What began as a 4-hour/week volunteer commitment has grown into an all-consuming passion. In January 2005, I signed up to be a Source volunteer and immediately fell in love with the community and with the Source "house rules":

Principles before personalities

Practice generosity of spirit

Share your information

Clean up after yourself

This year's festival will be my be my 4th at the helm, a position I am particularly excited to have as we grow the festival into a new and bigger venue (with your help!).
