One World Youth Project
http://oneworldyouthproject.org

The world has changed: the global economy is flattening, there is unprecedented migration and we are experiencing a digtial revolution and yet schools around the globe are not preparing youth for their interconnected world. Those prepared to operate within this reality will see this interconnection as an opportunity, not a threat.

One World Youth Project links schools around the world to build mutual respect and understanding among students and provide the global life skills needed for success in the interconnected 21st century. We partner with universities to recruit and train students to facilitate cross-cultural exchanges between local middle schools and middle schools abroad via technology. We have programs in Turkey, Pakistan, Guyana, Kosovo and the USA, and are expanding to 9 additional areas of the world for the upcoming year.

Our vision is a just world built through the actions of empowered, discerning and empathetic generations of global citizens.
