<p>I&rsquo;m a mother-of-four, a fitness and yoga instructor, and an urban farming hobbyist raising backyard chickens and growing my own organic garden in a tiny urban space. I started blogging during my first pregnancy and then (14 years and many blog/website/journal transformations later) went on to host my own lifestyle channel on&nbsp;<a href="http://youtube.com/genghisgirl" target="_blank">YouTube</a>. In November 2011, I was selected as one of sixteen trainers from around the world to be part of YouTube&rsquo;s Next Trainer program.</p>
