Does it come with a warranty?

Yes, of course!

The electronics in our wallet comes with a 1 Year Complete Replacement Warranty. That means any defect, malfunction, or issue with the smart chip that can’t be solved through our support call will resort in sending you a free replacement smart chip right to your doorstep.

We, at Cuir Ally, ensure that our products are free of any manufacturing defects by having several quality checks at each stage of production. However, if by any chance a defective product reaches you, we will replace them as detailed under the Return Policy. There is no warranty that is applicable for leather goods sold by us per se. However, in general, all our leather goods are built to last a lifetime with proper usage and care.

Does the wallet have to be charged?

Nope! Once you setup the smart wallet it works seamlessly without the need for any charging or maintenance for up to one whole year. 

The wallet was designed with customer user-experience as a high priority. Adding yet another device to the list of things we already have to charge (like smart watches, tablets, etc.) beats the very essence of a smart wallet. The wallet’s electronic aspect contains a non-rechargeable battery to ensure your wallet is always on and works to alert you at the most crucial moments. This is also done to ensure that the Chip Electronics is waterproof.

In the 11th month of usage, you will be receiving a notification alerting you to replace the chip. The integrated smart chip is placed within a securely hidden slot in the wallet and is easily replaceable. New replacement smart chips shall be shipped to you, which shall also have a 1 Year Warranty. Our leather is sourced from our own tanneries in Ranipet, Tamil Nadu and is made to ensure versatility for your everyday needs. We have several quality control measures in place to ensure our leather adheres to international standards. Our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans working under strict quality conformances to meet ABS Quality Evaluations 8000:20008, ISO 9001:2008 & CRISIL ratings.

Our Smart Connected Tech-Chipolo is manufactured in the European Union meeting European product quality standards.
