The Assassination of Michael Ellis

Funding needed to make a trailer for a feature film concept.

What's this all about?

I'm Adam Perry, director and co-writer of The Assassination of Michael Ellis. I've been directing content for the web and television for the past 6 years and am gearing up to direct my first feature film.

With the funding from this campaign, my team and I will produce a trailer for the feature-length version of the film. The trailer will be an essential tool for soliciting potential investors when seeking financing for the feature film.

Filmmaking is the most expensive and collaborative art form and in order to get this trailer made I need your help. Your contribution will help us get this project off the ground and be vital in turning it into a real feature length film.

Having a demo trailer for a film is the most cost effective way of proving we have a great story.

Oh, and be sure to check out the storyboards in the gallery!

Let's talk about money. Your money.

We are looking for $6000 to make our trailer. The funds from this campaign will go towards camera and equipment rentals, set design, wardrobe, props, editing costs, music as well as a modest fee for cast and crew.

This trailer is just one piece of a much larger development cycle and we want you to be a part of it. Check out our perks for some sweet incentives.

It's not all about money!

We understand that not everyone has money to spare for projects like this one but that doesn't mean we don't want your help. Share this campaign on facebook and twitter. Help us get the word out. We're going to make this happen together!
