Rondea Wine’s new book helps people Stop the Junk
It’s a self-help book that enables people of all ages to become healthier and happier by ridding themselves of destructive habits.
Rondea Wine of Newark, Calif., has a simple formula for health, happiness and wealth.
Stop the Junk: Release the Power Within You
That’s the title of her new book, which was written to help people improve their lives by ridding themselves of destructive habits. “I’m trying to help people with their overall health, which affects their happiness, and affects their wealth for the better. If you are not spending money on junk, you are saving money.”
Stop the Junk is based on her new campaign of the same name. It focuses on:
· Getting rid of the junk thoughts
· Getting rid of the junk listening and speaking habits
· Getting rid of the junk visual habits
· Getting rid of the junk reading habits
· Getting rid of the junk doing habits
· Getting rid of the junk non-working habits
· Getting rid of the junk eating and drinking habits
· Getting rid of the junk abusive habits
· Getting rid of the junk learning habits
· No more junk!
Although the book is appropriate for all ages, Wine is initially targeting high school students and has earmarked 400 free copies for them. “They are the future generation,” she explained. “My long-term goal is to change the world for the better. Who better to affect than the people who are just learning about their purpose in life, their health, and what is available to them?”
Wine plans to request additional funding to reach more high school students once Stop the Junk is published. In the meantime, if you have stories of how you have conquered Junk in your life, I would love to hear from you and possibly use your success story in this book or the next book of how you lost weight and kept it off, or how you had a disease and now it is gone or in remission, or how you lost everything financially and now you are back on top, or how you conquered peer pressure, etc.
At this time, she needs about $27,500 to design, print and market her new book. In order to raise funds, she has launched an Indiegogo campaign, which can be viewed atwww.indiegogo.com/projects/stop-the-junk.
Those who would like to support this project can contribute any amount by visiting the Indiegogo page. I would love to hear from companies who have health-related products, or companies who have successful means and methods of improving people’s lives for the better and are able to back up their comments with testimonies/evidence and would want an ad in my first book.
Backers who donate $100-500 will receive autographed copies of the book.
“This book is really for everyone,” noted Wine. “As a Global Population, we really should consider and act on the need to change the world little by little and for the better. This book enables people to take that important first step. Once you start integrating healthy habits into your life and stop all the junk, things can really change dramatically.”
