Please understand that it is hard to bring a good idea to life from the A to Z without making any mistakes.
We are now faced with the fact that the first batch of Peek-I, that has reached us from the manufacturer does not have the proper quality glue. We received negative comments from those of you who already received Peek-I. We have tried different types of glue but in a few days the glued detail got easily disconnected. We have decided to radically change the design of the mounting.
We will ship new, redesigned Peek-I to all of you, including those who have already received the first version.

Regarding your refund requests, we would like to let you know that we would refund by 05/09/2014, those of you who made a claim until 28.08.2014.
