Harry has over 30 years experience in travel goods industry and is considered one of the top visionaries in the field. He created award-winning travel goods that can be found in 25 countries around the world. Joseph is a graduate of the Art Institute and has extensive experience designing and developing innovative products.

The Space Case 1 design is finished, The challenges that are ahead of us as we finalize the development and delivery are related to manufacturing and logistics. Our CEO has over 30 years experience in the luggage industry and definitely considered an expert in this field. With his guidance we will be prepared for any challenge that may occur.
We have a strong plan for manufacturing in Asia. From our previous experience in designing and product fulfillment, we're confident that production will meet our November deadline . There is always a chance that multiple unexpected setbacks will happen. We've invested significant ground work in contingency plans should these type of problems arise.
We are already working with top manufacturers in Asia in insure that the Space Case 1 will be made with the highest quality materials and produced in a timely manner. If there are any changes to the Space Case 1, we will communicate these changes to our contributors.

Q. Does the battery comply with safety regulations?
A. Yes, we comply with the most important international regulations in accordance with The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) who determines what's possible to carry on airplanes. Space Case 1 Carry on has a removable 37 Watts lithium ion battery. The check-in contains batteries approved by these agencies
Q. Does the Space Case 1 use GPS?
A. Yes, Space Case 1 contains a GPS device that allows you to record the position of the suitcase through the Planet Traveler app, monitoring and registering the location of the suitcase at every moment.
Q. How do I open my Space Case q when the battery dies?
A. Space Case 1 comes with a 3 digit manual combination override so you can use to open your suitcase if needed. The Space Case 1 Travel Sentry® Approved Lock is accepted by the TSA.
Q. What is the warranty?
A. We offer World Wide 10 year Cloud Protection will ensure the product is durable, using the Planet Traveler app. Simply take an image of the part through the app. The Image is automatically submitted to the claim center where they assess the damage. Once the assessment is conducted the part will be shipped to you with in 24 hours anywhere in the world. Parts can be easily replaced with just a screw driver.
Q. Does the Space Case 1 have to set to flight mode, if so how do i do it?
A. Space Case 1 has an accelerometer that automatically sets to airplane mode once a predetermined mph is met. Once the mph is back to normal the Space Case 1 take airplane mode off. You can also set airplane mode through your app.
Q. How far will the proximity sensor work?
A. The Bluetooth signal range is about 200ft (60m) without interferences. Under normal conditions this would be around 100ft (30m), due to various interference.
Q. Does the carry-on fit inside the check-in?
A. Yes, the bags can be nested.
Q. How many fingerprints can be programmed?
A. The biometric reader can store up to 5 fingerprints
