We have already developed and tested the PoE functionality. The video below shows the functional prototype working on PoE.
In addition to Power over Ethernet (PoE), we have also tested the prototyping boards running directly on solar energy. This brings a new level of green concept with performance computing.
Making sure the bundled mobile and general operating systems are compatible with the large set devices out there, is the most difficult and a challenging task. It is a very much a work in progress.Chassis design is a challenging issue where numerous parameters have to be taken into account however rest assured we have put the best of our efforts into it. We did work on a number of third-party chassis to test and validate the entire platform.

How will we achieve all this?
As such with every project there are risks and challenges.
We are currently tied up with Intel and Foxconn (which supports iPhone manufacturing).
There is significant validation and testing that needs to be
done before taking it to the factory. Post validation and testing have
to be completed.
Packing and shipping are crucial for such a complex piece of product.

There could be slight changes in engineering the mechanical chassis and its design, as we work hard towards optimizing the electronics. We may increase or decrease the rating/wattage of power adapter as suited to the motherboard.
