What's The Taste Like? And Are They Really Spicy?
When we developed the sauces, we started with three requirements:
- Must taste great.
- Must be healthy with low calories/fat.
- Must use superfoods for extra nutrition boost.
What we came up with after countless taste tests (ok, hundreds...) is a set of versatile sauces that are amazingly flavorful, yet have only around 30 calories/serving – which is about half the calorie load of most sauces. So, perfect for those on a low-carb diet or pre-diabetics.
As a professional chef, these sauces really met my high standards... and curiously enough, they each change their flavor profile depending on what protein you'll use them with.... So, you'll get a certain flavor with fish or shrimp, yet another with chicken, and a third with pork or beef. How's that for variety?
