We currently release eight episodes on YouTube per year. These films are mostly funded by the revenue generated from YouTube advertising and the sale of Simon’s Cat merchandise. We will continue to make our short black and white films, for as long as our fans enjoy them, but to do this AND make "Off to the Vet", we really need our fans' support.
The truth is each of our 1-2 minute YouTube films take 7-9 weeks to produce, excluding development. They are carefully crafted by a talented team of animators, artists, story developers, sound producers, and production staff.
While many studios drive for a faster, cheaper approach to animation, we want to continue to deliver the same high quality Simon's Cat films that you've grown to know and love. That's why we're asking our fans to get behind us and help us make a film that we can all be proud of.
'Off to the Vet' will be made by the fans, for the fans!
If we are lucky enough to raise more than our target amount - we could develop our existing list of ideas into even more 11 minute episodes!

Communication - We hope we will engage most of the existing Simon's Cat fans, as well as create new ones. If successful, our supporters will deserve great customer service and clear communication. We will do our best to personally answer your questions and we welcome your comments and feedback. But with such a small team we ask for your patience as we work through the many messages we expect receive.
Budget - We won't know the final amount funds available for making "Off to the Vet" until the campaign has ended. We have carefully budgeted the campaign and production but there can always be unexpected or underestimated costs that puts pressure on production. We have a dedicated and experienced team who will work hard to overcome any problems and we promise to keep our supporters updated at every step!

Can I upgrade my perk?
If you simply want to upgrade your perk from your original selection, please add the difference between the two perk packages by using the ‘Contribute Now’ button, selecting 'No Perk' and then send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
to confirm your Upgrade.
If the campaign is successful, please email us again with your request via the Indiegogo page, or, at email@example.com so we can make sure your request is properly processed.
If the campaign is unsuccessful, your money will be refunded
We are receiving many requests to upgrade perks, so we will need some time at the end of the campaign to confirm everyone's order is correct.

I’d like a single item that’s not in my Perk Pack. Can I ‘Add-On’ a single item?
From 30th July, anyone who has PURCHASED THE £20 - Unsigned Book Perk or above, can ‘add-on’ a single decal to their perk packs at the following ‘Add-on’ price;
£6 – 1 x Car Decal x 1 (1 sheet / 1 to a sheet)
£5 – Laptop Decals x 4 (1 sheet / 4 per sheet)

Q. How do I Add-on items?
A. To add single items to your existing perk pack please pay the sum of your chosen add-ons by using the ‘Contribute Now’ button, selecting No Perk.
To add single items when purchasing a perk pack for the first time, simply click Contribute Now and select your chosen perk pack, then change your contribution to the sum of your perk pack and add-on items.
Once you have completed your transaction(s), please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining which item(s) you would like to add-on to your perk pack.
We will be in contact at the end of the campaign to confirm your items.
If the campaign is unsuccessful, Indiegogo will refund your money.

A. No. These perks will be specifically created for our Indiegogo Funders.
Q. Can I buy two perks at the same time?
A. Yes, you can buy more than one perk package, or ‘Add-on' individual items as mentioned above.
Q. Can I have more than 1 pet drawn when buying the 'Your Pet Drawn by Simon' perk?
A. The £500 'Your Pet Drawn by Simon' is for one original drawing (plus other goodies). Simon would be happy to draw a group image of up to 5 pets, but it would be a single image.

Q. I live outside the UK, can I still contribute? And how much will it cost in my currency?
A. Yes! Simon’s Cat fans from around the world can support Simon’s Cat in 'Off to the Vet'!
Q. How do I check international shipping costs?
Q. When should I pay for shipping?
A. International shipping costs do not need to be paid until perks are ready to be shipped (mid to late 2015).
If you have already paid for shipping, or, would prefer to pay now, we will be able to match both your perk payment and shipping payment at the end of the campaign.
If our campaign is not successful, our web shop will refund you for any shipping cost you have paid for.
If you haven’t yet paid for international shipping, our Web Shop will email you with a Check Out link where you can select your preferred shipping service and pay via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or PayPal, when your items are ready to be shipped (mid to late 2015).
If you move before your perks are ready to be shipped, don't worry! You will easily be able to update your postal address when you pay for shipping.
Q. When will the perks be shipped?
A. As mentioned above, our ‘Estimated Delivery’ date is listed as December 2015, however we hope to deliver your perks much earlier than that. The reason we have stated December 2015 is to give us good time to produce the film then use final images and artwork from the film to develop the Limited Edition ‘Off to the Vet’ perks such as the Plush, T-Shirt, Art Prints and Book. We will be working hard to deliver all perks as soon as they are available and would hope our backers receive theirs much earlier than December 2015.
