My name is Anthony and I’ve spent my life so far in the
food/hospitality business, now over 20 years and I’m only 32. At age 9 I
started working along side my father in his fantastic pizzeria, Savario’s. To
this date I’ve worked with some extraordinary chefs and/or restaurateurs across
the country, such as Bruno Serato in Orange County, CA as well as Jean-George and Marc
Forgione here in New York City.
New York City is a destination for food and it deserves this tasteful creation. I’ve chosen the quaint West Village for the location, made up of tree-lined and odd angled streets, with characters of European cities. Mom & Pop shops thrived here at one time, and I will help start bringing them back. The village has been my home for more than 7 years, and I’ve built a healthy and respectable reputation for myself here. I’ve gained an abundance of followers, grass roots style, each and every one of them thrilled to help out in their own special way.
This opportunity is so much more than just serving a typical pizza. My father’s pizza is extraordinary and the enlightening hospitality he has taught me is second to none. You can taste the love and the time he puts into every pie, and therefore for the past 10 consecutive years he’s won best pizza. My team in NYC will be treated with kindness, which in return makes the guests happy, and a wonderful community is created.
What We Need & What You Get
With your donations, I will be able to purchase all the necessary equipment to open shop. 2 Pizza Ovens, a Dough Mixer, Chalkboards, Pizza Paddles, Air Conditioners (to survive the lovely hot summers), Refrigeration, Ice Maker, Etc. While I’ve been actively working towards creating a buzz to reach my goal, I have to understand that it may not be completely fulfilled. Gratefully all of the funds I raise can be used towards something. I need a grand total of $270K to open shop, (other fees include Build Out, Rent Deposits, Inventory & Professional Fees) so $100K is the low-end of what I am dreaming to raise! There are investors very interested in this project to cover the capital of any remaining balance.

NYC is over saturated with pizza. Really good pizza here is hard to come by because the passion for cooking it has been lost and/or it’s only about the money and the product is made with cheap ingredients. Service as well lacks in most establishments because the employees aren’t inspired. Not for much longer! Savario’s is a proven-popular product for over 23 years and I just so happen to thoroughly enjoy the art of hospitality – a quality that makes the customers feel good and want to come back! These together make a recipe for success!
