We did it!
Our Indiegogo Crowdfunding Campaign is complete. It was a glorious success! We set a very ambitious goal and are not one bit disappointed by the result. With help of family, friends and fans we were able to raise $3110 that is entirely going directly to the completion of our 5 track EP. Those who spread the word, we thank you immensely! Those who contributed will be contacted via email soon with details about how we'll be sending you our exclusive indiegogo perks! To those fans who have been waiting patiently for our music, we love you! The wait will be worth it!

Rebel On A Mountain was formed in the summer of 2012 by Christopher Rodgers and Kristian Badstue Wagner. We have drawn together musical talent from across Canada including PEI, Vancouver, and Montreal to create a unique Indie Folk sound.
We have spent the last 9 months developing our sound and performing live shows alongside great bands like Jordan Klassen, Chris Ho, and Good For Grapes. After gathering a devoted local following we decided it was time to capture our music for fans to take with them wherever they go.
Support for The Kalendar EP started with Dimitri Kanaris and Ben Chen of the Blank Vinyl Project.
Our production team includes Will Watson and Andrew Spindor, owners of The Habitat Recording Studios. The entire Kalendar EP is being recorded and produced in a room conceptualized by Vancouver acoustician/electrical systems consultant Fred Gilpin, whose resume includes The Orpheum and The Queen Elizabeth Theatre.
Finally, we are very excited to announce that final mastering of The Kalendar EP will take place at the world famous Abbey Road Studios with the help of their award-winning engineers, to bring you the finest quality product.
Your contributions towards our campaign goal of $6000 will help us cover the following costs.
Special note: If we surpass our campaign goal by over $2600 we will be able to print a run of 12” vinyls. If this happens we will be giving a free vinyl to anyone who donated over $150.
We'll give you really cool stuff like a pre-order of The Kalendar EP or even a new guitar! Check out the Perks on the right for all the details.
Our primary goal in creating The Kalendar EP is to put our music in the hands of our fans. The crowd funding community of Indiegogo embodies our own philosophy of collaborative work, which allows you the opportunity to play a direct role in the successful development of our music.
After investing countless hours of our personal time into this project we need your support to complete the journey and make this project a reality.
Your contributions will allow us to pay for the remainder of our production costs including, recording fees, equipment costs, mastering fees, and recording assets.
By contributing you will not only gain the prestige being able to say you helped make this dream possible, but you will also get exclusive and early access to all of our Rebel On A Mountain merchandise.
With our Indiegogo campaign our primary goal is to give back to all our fans who contribute to our success. Every perk is crafted to reward you with some epic loot from Rebel On A Mountain. Check out the bar on the side for more information. We’ll email you with details on T-Shirt sizes following perk contributions.
If we are successful with this campaign you can expect to see much more from us in the future.
Once we are out of the studio we’ll be doing everything we can to promote our EP with live shows for our fans and looking towards producing our follow up to The Kalendar EP.
Details and dates all depend on the level of your contributions. The more you give to us the more we can give back to you!
