Omni 20 USB-C is nearly complete. Our team of engineers has been working together with our manufacturing partner for over one year and we have already started tooling as this campaign is being launched. All of the Omnicharge power banks shown in the videos are fully functional samples that we have built and sent out to users for feedback and testing. We are currently in the process of conducting product certification so we can ship to various countries and meet the estimated delivery times.

Due to the success of our previous campaign we have already begun the process of ordering all of the components and materials to begin production. We already have commitments from all of our major component suppliers (Panasonic, ST Chips, etc.) and we have a very capable team of supply chain experts to ensure our timelines are met. However, should component delays and shortages occur in production, we will make sure to keep you informed and work to quickly solve the problems.

We believe that we have developed a well-engineered and quality product, so we are offering a 1 year limited manufacturer's warranty to all of our backers. We stand behind our product and the trust you have placed in us.

Does Omni 20 USB-C comes with AC wall charger and USB-C cable?

The early bird price does NOT include AC wall charger and USB-C cable. Please use the USB-C charger and cable which came with your USB-C device to recharge your Omni 20 USB-C. We might sell the USB-C charger and cable separately later in the campaign, stay tuned!

Does Omni 20 USB-C ship to my country? How much will shipping cost?

When is Omni 20 USB-C expected to ship?

Omni 20 USB-C is expected to start shipping in December 2017.

How will my order be shipped?

Depending on where you are, your Omni 20 USB-C may be shipped to you using different couriers or services. We will provide a shipping notification and tracking information for each order. Due to the changes in courier regulations on products with lithium ion battery packs, our shipping methods are subject to change.

Why would I buy Omni 20 USB-C over any other USB-C power bank?

Most other USB-C power banks are limited to only being able to output less than 30W via the USB-C port (which is very slow) to charge your most important device: your laptop. Omni 20 USB-C is the first USB-C power supply that can charge your laptop at full speed 60W following USB Power Delivery (PD) rules. It also provide data transfer HUB, Charging Manager and other functions and features.

Can Omni 20 UBS-C really charge my laptop?

Yes, as long as your laptop has a USB-C charging port and follows USB Power Delivery (PD) rules. With the latest USB PD charging technology, Omni 20 USB-C will create a contract to deliver the optimum power level for your laptop based on its current battery conditions.

Can Omni 20 USB-C really charge my Nintendo Switch?

Yes, not only can Omni 20 USB-C charge the Switch console, it can also charge the dock when you are playing on TV!

What is Charging Manager? What's the benefit of choosing 10%-90%?

The Charging Manager let users decide how much (by percentage) they want to discharge/charge the battery. A more technical-correct name to describe the discharge/charge percentage is depth of discharge (DoD) and state of charge (SoC). We introduce this function to help prolong the life of the battery pack because limiting the upper and lower charge/discharge percentage can reduce the stress on the chemicals inside the cells. The smaller the battery capacity bandwidth (low DoD and low SoC), the longer the battery pack will last. For example, 10% - 90% setting (start charging when battery pack is below 10% and stop charging at 90%, thus 80% or 58Wh of the overall battery capacity is available) can almost double the number of life cycles to 1000 cycles compared to original 500 cycles if charged from 0% to 100%.

Does Omni 20 USB-C have a fan?

No, we have improved the thermal management and unlike the previous AC version Omni 20, the fan is no longer necessary because USB-C power is much more efficient and therefore generates less heat.

What is the battery life of the Omni 20 USB-C?

If set as 0%-100% battery charge limit, after 500 cycles it can hold around 70% of original capacity. However, 10% - 90% battery charge limit setting can almost double the life cycles to 1000 cycles.

Can I take Omni 20 USB-C on an airplane?

Yes, it can be with you in your carry-on luggage. The capacity of Omni 20 USB-C (72.3Wh±5% 20100mAh±5% at 3.6V) falls within Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) guidelines for air travel of 100Wh. Please click this link for more detailed information:
