Thanks so much for your support. We really appreciate all you've done to take us this far.
Our Indiegogo campaign has ended, but we're still working to keep our loved ones safe. In fact, one small nation just took a big stand for Nuclear Zero. Check out nuclearzero.org to get all the details.

We've been able to engage new people for Nuclear Zero with videos like this one:
Every dollar will translate into making our voices heard for a world free of nukes. Help make it happen!
2/25: Wow!! Paul Stookey, of "Peter Paul and Mary" fame, added his voice to Nukes Are Nuts. Check out the World Premier of the "nukesRnuts" music video. And help us get the word out!
Nukes Are Nuts – three simple words that can change the world.
There are seven billion of us on this planet. Seven billion reasons why we must ban nuclear weapons to keep our world and loved ones safe. And the critical missing piece to the solution is making our voices heard.
Someone has to push world leaders to enforce a ban against these horrific weapons. And that someone is you. We need millions of people shouting together for Nuclear Zero.
nukesarenuts.org is step 1 in our efforts.
It’s about everyday people expressing why they think nuclear weapons are crazy. We want to break through the apathy and awaken the world to the insanity of nuclear weapons. By bringing all of our voices together, we can shout so loudly that our demand for a safer world is heard and acted upon across the globe.
We’ve seen it before – when enough of us raise our collective voices for change, we can achieve monumental victories.
Nuclear weapons threaten everything we hold dear. Whether it’s for your mother, your son, your grandchild, your best friend, your serene vacation spot, your favorite field of trees, or your pet Rufus – whatever your reason, join us today and wage all-out peace for Nuclear Zero.
Help us reach the tipping point – be a hero for nuclear zero
If you visit nukesarenuts.org, you’ll see the start of
something big, but we need your help to deliver the goods and take it to the
Here’s how you can help build this grassroots movement.
1. Donate what you can to get the message out. (It’s tax-deductible!*)
Our goal of $20,000 will go to expose the truth about nuclear weapons. Your contribution will directly support outreach efforts that inspire people to take part in our Nukes Are Nuts campaign. You will help:
produce compelling videos and media
that break through the apathy and the noise
- train college interns and organizers to get the word out and recruit more voices for Nukes Are Nuts
- empower peace leaders with training and materials to mobilize their own communities across the globe
- develop a creative and interactive community website – nukesarenuts.org – that acts as our movement’s home base of operations and amplifies our call for Nuclear Zero.
We want to engage millions of people who will add their voices to Nukes Are Nuts. Of course, engaging millions of people will take A LOT of resources; more than the $20,000 goal we set. But it’s the start we need to succeed.
Every additional dollar raised above our goal
will translate into recruiting more voices for Nukes Are Nuts. The more money raised, the more people our
movement can reach. One voice becomes
two. Two become four. Thousands become
millions. And it all starts with you.
2. Add your voice to nukesarenuts.org
The more people
who add their voices to Nukes Are Nuts, the more impact and influence our
message will have on decision makers and policy. And it’s simple to do. Go to nukesarenuts.org to submit a short video
or a photo and a statement that expresses your thoughts about nuclear weapons
and captures how you feel.
3. Share ‘Nukes Are Nuts’ with your friends.Tell your friends – via facebook, twitter, email or however you communicate online – about our campaign. Ask them to join you (whether they contribute or not) in spreading the word and speaking out for a nuclear weapons-free world. You can use the Indiegogo share tools to keep it simple.
We have an opportunity to reach the tipping point for Nuclear Zero – but it’s going to take all of us, working together. Together, we can keep our world and loved ones safe.
The Nuclear Age Peace Foundation (NAPF) educates, engages and mobilizes the public in organized advocacy for Nuclear Zero, a world free of nuclear weapons, and for peace. We are a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization with consultative status to the United Nations Economic and Social Council. We are comprised of individuals and groups from all walks of life and from all parts of the globe.
We understand that Nuclear Zero must not be a distant dream. There are still over 17,000 nuclear weapons worldwide and we cannot waste time merely imagining a distant future without them. We must continue to wage all-out peace, in one unified voice, and in innumerable ways.
The only way to keep our world and loved ones safe is to relentlessly strive for the total elimination of nuclear weapons. World leaders must agree to, and enforce, a ban of nuclear weapons, just as they have of chemical and biological weapons.
We must remain steadfast in our goal to educate, engage and mobilize the public for Nuclear Zero, working until nuclear weapons no longer threaten the sanctity of our world.
Nuclear Zero must not be a distant dream. It must be now. For the seven billion people with whom we share this Earth and for the people of the future, let’s all work together for a nuclear-weapons-free today.
