As a result of all your support for this film, Adam Carolla was invited to testify before Congress to speak on free speech on college campuses. Your donations continue to make this film bigger and better, and allow the film to reach more people.
If you missed Carolla's testimony, you can watch it here:
That’s why we want to make it with you. And we want you to join us as Adam and Dennis visit campuses across the country during the production of "No Safe Spaces."
Come along on a road trip that will include trigger warnings, real social justice warriors, and maybe even some tailgating. Adam and Dennis will show you how so many terrible, horrible, no good, very bad ideas have ruined college for young people and now threaten to ruin the country by creating a nation of precious snowflakes who melt when they encounter an idea that they disagree with. And while the topic is serious, we can’t resist making this a funny film.
So check out our perks and join in the fun as Adam and Dennis get to the bottom of so much nonsense in America. And if you’re already offended, we hope that you'll protest our movie at the theater.
During the first 30 days of our crowdfunding campaign, not only did we hit our original fundraising goal, but we received such a passionate response from supporters that believe this film is of great importance and want it to have a major impact. In order to accomplish this, we are extending the campaign for another 3 weeks in order to make a bigger and better movie, with money set aside for the important task of marketing and promotion.
Every dollar you donate will help No Safe Spaces reach more people and make an even bigger impact. We are intending for this film to be in theaters all across America, but there will be competition at the box office. Michael Moore is working on his next film that will likely have a larger budget than the $6 million he spent making Fahrenheit 9/11. Our budget is much smaller, but our film will serve a greater purpose: Standing up for the First Amendment rights of Americans on college campuses and beyond.
What makes the film even better is you get to come along on the journey with us. By participating in the financing, you’ll be participating in the making of it. You will be financing a college tour that will take Carolla and Prager deep into the belly of the illiberal beast. And you will be mobilizing a talented team of professionals to tell this story with the highest amount of substance and style. Don’t miss out on the chance to be part of the team and to be able to say, “Yes, I built that. I made that happen.”
Like any good buddy movie, Carolla and Prager will team up as an unlikely duo and put themselves in harm's way to save the world.
Ok, maybe that's sounds a bit over the top, but showing up on campus and taking questions from a bunch of hysterical snowflakes doesn't come without some drama.
The upcoming No Safe Spaces tour will consist of Carolla and Prager visiting college campuses around the country this upcoming fall and putting on unscripted, unfiltered, live shows.
See you on campus!
Who are Adam Carolla and Dennis Prager?
Once upon a time, there was Romeo and Juliet. Then there was Gilbert and Sullivan and then Batman and Robin. Adam and Dennis don’t have a lot in common with any of them, but they’ll be remembered for the brilliant and entertaining duo that they are. Learn more about Adam and Dennis online. Or you can check out our perks, buy a dinner with one of them, and go straight to the source.
Why are Adam and Dennis asking me for money? Can't they pay for it themselves?
We'll let Adam Carolla answer this question himself. Watch the following clip:
Will you be filming on a campus near me?
When can I see this film?
We’re on schedule to release the film in the Spring/Summer of 2018.
Why are you making this film?
Look at what's happening in our country. Do you think we’re headed in the right direction?
We’re not making this film to solve all of America’s problems, but we are making this film to wake the country up to the fact that we’ve become a place that’s no longer adult enough to discuss ideas. And there’s no more dangerous place to talk about ideas than on college campuses.
Where can I see this film?
If you give $25 to the campaign, we’ll send you a digital download when the film is released. Though if you want to be at the premiere, or smoke a cigar with Dennis Prager, check out the perks section.
What should I do if I think I’m already offended?
You need to come to one of our campus shows. We’ll even put you at the front of the line during Q&A and we’ll listen to what you have to say. And since we’re being so nice to you, how about donating $10 for the film? We’ll even throw in a coloring book that you’re sure to enjoy.
Is Utopia University real? How can I apply?
There is no such thing as Utopia University, just like there’s no such thing as Utopia. This film is about how the pursuit of Utopia has turned college campuses into the least enjoyable places in America. If you’re looking for Utopia, the best we have to offer is a Mangria Party at Adam’s shop or a cigar night with Dennis.
